Dark green vegetables are loaded with beneficial vitamins. They also have an array of minerals that are good for the brain. Blueberry is a fruit that is a super food that boosts brainpower.

One will never go wrong with fish. This is one of the healthiest foods in the planet. Most people associate fish with intelligence because the Japanese eat plenty of fish yet they lead in sciences and mathematics. In populations where fish is a staple diet, one will find geniuses. The magic of fish is the omega three fatty acids.

Memory is important. It is always great to remember the names of people and the directions to places. A person with a great memory will also succeed in academic studies. There are many proven and tested ways of boosting memory. One of them involves indulging in particular foods. One will find broccoli, beets and celery to be particularly helpful.
