Womens Empowerment Coaching And Equal Rights

By Brenda Morris

When it comes to equal rights, there are lot of areas in which people are working to create equality. One of these areas is in regards to equal pay for equal work and other rights for women. As such, there are now a number of blogs and forums associated with womens empowerment coaching. In addition, there are individuals working as life coaches whom can work with women in all areas of life on a regular basis.

While this is the case, there are often a number of set-backs. For example, the current climate in Hollywood is one reason women can often find this type coaching beneficial. When a woman has been abused or misused there can often be a great deal of guilt associated with the abuse. In many cases, this style life coaching can help women overcome these feelings.

Whether a professional, housewife or stay at home mom, there are now a number of blogs and websites which can be beneficial. Whether needing to talk to someone about child care, domestic abuse, sexual assault or just needing emotional support, these sites can often be life saving. As many of these sites were set up by women for women, there is often a connection between members even when posting and sharing on an anonymous basis.

A number of women have began using social networking sites in order to empower oneself and others. Whether setting up a campaign in relation to domestic violence, emotional abuse or physical and sexual abuse, women can speak out and voice opinions related to these and other issues. As a result, the women often find support amongst one another as well as others whom post on various blogs and forums associated with these campaigns.

While the womens movement started in the 1960s, it was a long time coming. Over the last several decades, women have gained a lot when it comes to civil rights. Whereas, there are still a number of areas in which women work that lack in equality. Some of these include, equal pay for equal work and the political and technology sectors.

Until recently, racism and LGBTQ+ issues have often overshadowed the womens movement in the news and online. It should be noted that a number of groups are also still out marching in different areas in support of equality for women. Whereas, there are also many whom are working as political activists online. In all cases, it is important to stand up against hate whether against women or other minorities, especially when that hate is trying to be justified as free speech.

There are far more blogs and social networking posts which work to empower rather than degrade women. In many cases, these blogs are owned and run by professional women. Whereas, there are also others which were created by stay at home homes. In fact, blogging about life, whether a professional or home body has often proved beneficial when it comes to living a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.

While there have been a lot of gains with relation to womens rights, there is still a great deal more work to be done. Whether joining a march or rally, posting on a blog or website, women are the ones whom must step up and continue to make progress in this area. While this is the case, it never hurts when men as well as women become active in the fight for equal rights.
