Investigate Proven Methods To Overcome Early Ejaculation

By Alan Remark

To be able to help a woman reach orgasm during intercourse, you need to get control of early climax when making love. This sexual dysfunction is said to be the most common disappointment for a woman during sex. It can even lead to the break up of sexual partnerships. The good news is that premature orgasm can be effectively treated if the couple are able to work on a treatment solution together.

So what is it? Men don't need to discover the mechanism of early ejaculation before ending it. But, just so you know, the general causative agent is sexual performance anxiety. Society give rise to massive expectations on men about sex and love which do not truthfully represent the the simple facts of men and women's behavior in bed for almost all of us. Regrettably, many men and women think that they need to live up to the bizarre expectations of romance offered in porn sites and other media outlets.

It's astounding to hear that as long ago as the 1950s when Kinsey and associates did his revolutionary research into male and female sexuality he found that 75% of human males uncontrollably ejaculated in the first three minutes of lovemaking. Bizarrely nothing has changed in the subsequent years. German scientists found that even nowadays 80% of men ejaculate in less than four minutes of sexual intercourse commencing. This will never fulfill women who enjoy making love. When he's climaxed, generally the man will lose his erection and so the pleasure of lovemaking usually ends, albeit until he is sexually aroused again. However, his lover is probably not sexually satisfied: she has not attained orgasm and emotional gratification.

Many tricks have been put forward to allow men to develop staying power and overcome the problem without much effort. The methods described below include: pubococcygeus muscle control, breathing techniques, the stop-start technique, and delay cream for penile application.

The muscle control trick involves purposeful restraint of ejaculation through conscious use of the pelvic musculature. This technique requires you to be familiar with where your PC muscle is located. It is positioned between the bottom of your spine and the bottom end of your penis. You can quickly locate the PC muscle by interrupting your urine flow. The muscle you flex to interrupt the flow of urine is the PC muscle. When you know where it is you can increase its strength by often flexing the muscle. Forty flexes three times a day is probably sufficient to improve the muscle. After this fitness training, you'll find you're prepared to prevent your ejaculation. If you have warning signals that you're going to "release" during intercourse then briefly contract the muscle for a few moments until your desire drops. You can then carry on enjoying sex and repeat this as often as may be necessary. That's it: a simple method for making intercourse more rewarding.

Breathing to slow down early climax is best described like this: if arousal starts to increase a man breathes faster. The change in breathing pattern produces a tensing of the muscles and this increases his sexual tipping point. Controlled breathing is a way of reducing desire. This is the way you can use it: during sex, breath deeply and regularly so you can release any muscular tension which you may feel. Experiments have clearly revealed that a lot of men are unable to delay their climax because of bodily tension. Controlling the tension will therefore significantly increase the length of lovemaking preceding male ejaculation.

Masters and Johnson's stop-start technique begins with self-stimulation to the point where you are about to ejaculate, at which point you stop sexual stimulation. When you know the urges of imminent ejaculation have lessened, you may recommence the stimulation once more. Stop once more at the point you become aware you are about to orgasm. This technique of slowing and then resuming is practiced frequently until you gain exemplary control. The system is then repeated during intercourse - with a modest amount of effort you will very soon have 100% control over premature ejaculation.

Here's how to try delay condoms. The theory is that if you diminish the sensation during intercourse you will have more staying power in contrast to your persistence without. You are welcome to investigate these technical approaches to male staying power and they probably assist you. But please remember that lots of annoying side-effects can develop. Among them are irritation of the glans, lack of sensory pleasure, complete loss of erection and anorgasmia.
