This will include the release of adrenalin into the nervous system. This affects the digestive system on the other hand. And if you make this a habit it may also lead to more chronic illness like the stroke and insomnia.

Did you know that the individuals that possess a poor emotional health will also experience poor immune system? This may be greatly opposed by persons who do not know of the way the human body works. To start with, research has shown that when you do experience feelings, there may be a chance that this will lead to abuse of alcohol and tobacco. If this is not managed, then there will be the after effects that will include liver problems and also lung cancer. It is then high priority to make sure that you do manage the way you think.

If you are experiencing negative feelings, then you will sure experience stress. Stress is one common problem that most people will experience. This is a problem that these people will not know of how it came about. Well, the negative feelings will greatly cause depressions or anger on the other side. If this happens, the body will be tasked with absorbing the pressure. And if it is not able to, then other secondary effects will start to follow through.

Your feelings will greatly affect your life span. Well, when it comes to the DNA, it will have the telomeres that will be affected by the hormones in the body. If the hormones are depleted or changed this will lead to deletion of the strand. On the other side, the effect will be shortening of the lifespan.

Make certain that you do not develop chronic stress. It is argued out that stress can be inter generational. What does this mean? Well, perhaps your parents had this gene twinned with anxiety. It is then rather obvious that they will pass the genes to the children. When this happens, the children will have to be treated of the gene. This will include all measure possible to regulate the gene.

Make certain that you only entertain the positive feelings alone. This way, you will also have a longer lifespan.
