Some of the churches that observe the Sabbath Winnipeg observe it as per the religious convictions of Jew who have to do it from the night of Friday till the night of Saturday and Sunday is the day of observance for Christians.

The reason why its celebrated on different days is because of different contexts put forward by the different religious groups and school of thoughts. According to some of them its not necessary to do the observance for the full day that is why they do it on Sunday only instead of doing to from one evening and ending it on another.

Based on your religious beliefs you should do the observance as prescribed by the church that you go to. The reason why Christians do it is because early Christians believed in this particular observance. Therefore as a part of their religion they feel obliged to do it as their faith is dependent on it.

Amid the recognition each one keeps away from a work and invests the greater part of their energy in supplications which they can do either at home or in chapel wherever they lean toward. Normally they invest a large portion of their energy in chapel supplicating with their religious gatherings. Other than asking it is likewise imperative that you lay on this day as much as you can.

You just not only have to abstain from going to your work place but at the same time you don't have to do any household chores as well.
