For years, many people have struggled with the inner child following the harsh conditions and predicaments they experienced growing up. There is need for healing and the healing process is never a walk in the park as there are manifold turns and twists that one needs to handle making the entire process quite hard. Generally, there are well predefined and functional or efficient inner child healing techniques that you need to understand and apply and they will make it possible for you to heal extensively. The technique that you need to embrace first is trust. Trust plays an integral role and this is something that you need to earn and never forge whatsoever. The kid that in within and that is hiding needs to acknowledge that you are there for them and this is the only way they will manage and have confidence sufficient to exit from their place of hide. There is thus need for you to validate that whatever you went through was never intentional and it was the hurt that your parents had that contributed to it.

Shock and anger go hand in hand and these must be embraced where one needs to heal completely. The child within is wounded and needs to heal. This simple idea is very shocking and where you are hocked, you get a platform to grief and eventually march forward towards healing. Therefore, you need to get angry and be furious for all the hardships and pain you underwent and for all the dreams that were shuttered along the process. Where you get shocked, you always pave a way to getting angry.

Sadness is another technique to understand and apply. Following the anger that you feel, you will find yourself experiencing a lot of hurt. There is more to grieve about following the betrayal you experienced. This leads to a moment of sadness and then experience healing at the end of it all.

There is need for you to be remorse. Over the years, many people have been remorse whenever they are fighting the loss of a loved one and they try identifying things they could have done otherwise. Nonetheless, this works differently as you need to understand that the kid could never have done anything better than what they did and they are never to be blamed.

Loneliness is birthed from the pain a person experiences. Therefore, one needs to understand that there is no way to heal if they do not fight the loneliness feeling within them. Isolating oneself is never a solution but a problem.
