You can increase how good you feel about yourself and how at peace you feel by using this time to relax.

Always be ready to write down any ideas that you may have at any time or location. Carry paper and a pen around with you. Making quick notes about the inspiration as it strikes you will jog your memory and add to the potential that you will later incorporate into a thoughtful creative process.

Give others compliments. Fighting this trend and complimenting others changes your mindset and makes you a kinder person.

It may become discouraging to begin developing better personal habits and lifestyles, but once you start noticing your life developing towards a better future, you will never want to stop. You can always develop better ways to do things and it's important to always try hard towards any personal development goals you have.
