Why You Need Church Planting Management Ministry Pastor Growth

By Melissa Howard

According to the Bible, the church is the body of Christ. Other words used to represent it in the Holy Book are a synagogue, fellowship, house of God, congregation and so many others. Christ gave several instructions to the disciples and one of them is to spread the gospel to the uttermost parts of the earth. This calls for planting but there is a lot of challenges associated with it. But there is good news, church planting management ministry pastor growth has come to take the responsibility off your shoulders.

The first challenge one may have is fear and anxiety. For pastors under a ministry, they begin to analyze how the exercise will still allow them to get money. The major thing he usually considers is how he will even raise some money for himself and his household.

Money is not the only challenge he sees at that time. He is also concerned about the safety of his family when he is in a distant land. This can make his plan to write a resignation letter until he hears about a group of people that help pastors fulfill their calling in the ministry.

Even those who have accepted the task wholeheartedly and think less of how to raise the money still have other challenges to face. When the devil sees such a person, he tries to take him down in health. The once vibrant servant of God becomes sick and unable to fulfill most of his responsibilities. Again, if not with the help of some church planters who go from one ministry to another looking for who to help, the vision may die.

The mere fact that you are doing God's work will not shield you away from troubles. The only thing is that God's ears are inclined to the prayers of those that are his and he is very ready to help once prayers are made. This is why a standby team that prays before any step is taken is necessary. A planting management team with prayer warriors is the best to go with.

Pastors that are proud cannot make it to Heaven so they should do everything possible to avoid it. They should not take up any project alone so that they are not tempted to feel it was by their effort or that they were the brain behind the success. Asking some other Christians to take over a project like building a chapel can help to avoid this temptation.

Pastors should not get jealous when asked to plant their own church. They should not feel that they are being treated unequally with the others. It is not a time to get jealous over other ministers who are given a nice place to start with once they graduate from school. Instead, it is a time to thank God for the task and trust his leadership and supplies.

For those who sincerely cannot do it, especially those who want to start up their own ministry and need some help because of how big the task is, church planting managers will always be by your side. They will aid your growth very quick by also helping you to get members. This can be achieved when they organize evangelical outreaches for you.
