Humans are social beings and it s important that we interact with one another. It does get increasingly hard in this modern day and age where the more technology there is designed to make us more connected to each other is an actual part, driving us further and further apart. Therefore an active effort should be put into keeping in touch with loved ones and removing toxic individuals from one s life.

No one lives in a state of isolation unless they really make an effort. People depend on the environment more than it depends on people and therefore, it s important that a conscious effort is made towards recycling and looking after the environment to achieving a sense of wholeness from life.

Not that it s a bad thing. Holistic wellness is the name given to a level of health where the mind, emotion, body and spirit are all in positive checks. Making it that much easier to tackle day to day tasks and fight off infections.
