The Black Binder

By Evan Sanders

This lesson isn't as sinister as it sounds...

But it is critical to your success.

Repetition is the mother of all skill.

As an athlete I heard this over and over again. You practice and practice to make everything second nature. Of course you're not going to be good at everything you do right off the bat, but in time you can turn something you are bad at into something you are great at.

But that's part of the path you have to travel.

So in time if you really put some effort towards manifesting some new things in your life, what was once difficult now becomes incredibly familiar to you. It becomes muscle memory and you can do the task more easily every single time. But it's important you don't stop there.

So what's The Black Binder all about?

First off, it doesn't really have to be black. Secondly, it's a binder that you create for yourself to look through every single morning to motivate yourself to chase your dreams.

This is something that you should have a ton of fun with.

Everything you need to keep yourself moving forward needs to be put into this binder.

The point here is, create something for yourself that you can see every single morning that will remind you of what you are up to in this life.

When you continue to repeat this process every single day, those dreams seem to become more real and a very big part of you. They are always in your mind and there's a strange way how you just start doing what needs to be done in order to achieve those dreams.

You not only create new skills but also a new belief system as well.

Belief in yourself, belief that your dreams are possible, and belief that you have what it takes to get it done.

Take some time to create that binder of yours because it could change your life.

Dive in now.
