The first activity that you can incorporate in your event is the Egg Drop Challenge. This game will help the members improve their problem solving skills. The mechanics are simple. The participants will be divided into several groups. Each group will be given one fresh egg and some materials. The goal is to create a container that will protect the egg from being broken when dropped from a high place. They will also be asked to create a presentation explaining what the container is all about - its strengths and possible weaknesses. This activity will definitely put the teams into pressure as they will be tasked to work with limited materials and limited time. This will help them learn how to handle real life situations which involve pressure.

The second-activity that you can try is the Truth and Lie Game. This game is simple. The rules are very basic. The group shall form a circle. Each member will be given a piece of paper and a pen. They will be advised to write three statements about themselves. However, one of the statements needs to be untrue. After writing the truths and the lies, each member will read what's on their paper. The others will have to guess which among the statements is untrue. In this activity, the members can open up with each other. They will learn personal and interesting information about each other and this can make them build a better relationship. Later on, they can use the facts as topic starters which can lead to great friendships. Being able to share experiences to others is very important.

The third activity is the Enlarge the Puzzle Challenge. In this game, all participants will be divided into teams. Each team member will receive a puzzle piece which he only is allowed to see. That puzzle piece should be recreated five times larger than the original. The catch is that no one in the team knows the puzzle picture to be formed. No one knows what puzzle pieces the other members hold. This activity will help the members become more aware of their work and its effect on the whole group's success. This will help them value their individual works which can lead to good personal development. This is a fun and interesting event for everyone.
