You might even make yourself a role model for others. Make your goals distinctly your own, and don't limit the size of them based on what others have achieved.

In order to get as much as you can out of your efforts with personal development, you need to take care of your body physically. You can keep your energy level up with regular exercise, a healthy diet, and getting a good night's sleep. This will give you the energy you need to be successful at your personal development efforts. Although it seems so simple, this can be a struggle for some people.
