Start the day

By Ben Flaurine

1. Breathe deep through your nose, and breathe out

Begin the day you need to get right up and take deep breathes. Feed your lungs with breathe of fresh air.

If you "wake up on the wrong side of the bed" I am going to teach you how a night-owl has the happiest and most productive morning ever.

1. Take deep breaths

Let us take it slow - to start the day you will need to get up and take deep breathes.

3. Work out

This is absolutely essential.

Productivity and exercise goes hand in hand.

With time, you may not want an alarm clock. who the hell wants to get up by an alarm clock anyways?

As time passes, you may perhaps not desire an alarm clock.

This is actually the magic.

Getting up and listening to music, reading Facebook status and emails are killing yourself.

Listen to educational audio related to your niche once you get up. This sound was per-meditated, meaning it really is not regurgitated garbage!

In the morning we tend to get negative and put yourself down, and we are subjected to reasons, put an iPod with education (not music) on in the morning to get in your groove!

Simple. Place your alarm clock in the other room or on the other side of your room. Simply take deep breathes and just before sleeping, put work out clothes next to your bed!

Simple. Set your alarm clock in the other room or on the other side of your room. Simply take deep breathes and just before sleeping, put work out clothes close to your bed!

4. Re-program

Create your "goal" or "to-do" list just before sleeping. When you wake up obtain it done! If your the type of individual who takes their time and energy to write a "to-do" list but you usually do not "to-do" anything... you have to minimize your list.

You are overwhelming your self - limit your list to the "3 Most Important jobs," cause them to become essential! Over the entire year you completed 1000 crucial jobs!

7. Get the annoying work out of the way!

Close your eyes, keep your back straight, put both hands where ever you need, and be comfortable.

5. Quality Break fast

Meditation makes it possible to focus and get clear about your goals.

9. Meditate

Close your eyes, keep your back straight, place both hands where ever you need, and start to become comfortable. When you first start meditating - attempt it for 10minutes for 2 weeks and bump it up 5-15 minutes every 2 weeks.

Meditation can help you focus and get clear about your goals.

Journal your thoughts, some ideas, plans, strategies, something good you heard, quotes!

Journalize all your ideas, thoughts, struggles. Journaling all your thoughts will help you tremendously. Try keeping your journal as you go to sleep, wake up when you come up with ideas and jot them down. I have received this advice from the most successful people.
