Everybody would love more confidence. This is the kind of thing that is never enough. Of course, it can also be one of the hardest things to get. How do you even measure it? To make matters worse, you may be supremely confident in one area of life, and an utter mess in another. You might be the best accountant on the planet, but when it comes to cooking, you can't even make toast without catching the kitchen on fire.
In a sense, self confidence is based on what you are doing. But when people speak of increasing their self-confidence, they are generally speaking of interacting socially with others. After tall, talking to other people can be pretty scary if you are filled with fear and nervous about what's going to happen. In order to develop some strong, consistent self-confidence, you've got to strengthen your beliefs.
You can do this two ways. One is to simply go out there, and talk to as many people as possible. This will build up your real world experience. You will begin to realize on a deep level that nothing bad will happen when you speak with other people. If you do these enough, and long enough, your confidence will slowly build over time.
Of course, few people, even if they start with amazing willpower and dedication, would be able to complete such a task. While it makes a lot of sense on paper, there's really few people who could go out there, day after day, and force themselves to talk to strangers. Just thinking about it would send most people into a nervous sweat. Obviously, we need another solution.
The second way is much easier. Much more comfortable, and believe it or not, much more effective. What is this wizardry? Hypnosis of course. Self hypnosis is very powerful, and a lot easier than many people think. In fact, you can easily do it in your own home with remarkable results. All you've got to do is calm down your mind, and give yourself some positive suggestions.
In order to do this, just sit back in your most comfortable chair. Start off by relaxing your feet, then relax your legs, then your torso, upper arms, face and neck. Or you can simply breath deeply and slowly and count back from ten to one. Once you are in that sleepy, relaxed state, start to give your brain some positive statements that you'd like to be true. Be sure to include plenty of good emotions, as they will help them sink in a lot quicker.
The more often you do this, the sooner you'll change your life. People have used this technique to create an amazing amount of positive change in their lives. You can do, so long as you get stated.
